At Parom, we are committed to delivering high-quality entrepreneurship training and workshops. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our participants.
1. Cancellations by the Participant
🗓️ Before the Workshop Start Date:
- 7 or more days before the start date:
✅ 100% refund (minus any payment gateway charges, if applicable)
- 3 to 6 days before the start date:
✅ 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the start date:
❌ No refund
Note: You may request to transfer your seat to a future batch (subject to availability) instead of cancelling. Please email us at paromconsulting@gmail.com with your request.
2. No-Shows or Late Attendance
- If you do not attend the live session or arrive significantly late, no refund will be issued.
- If a recording is shared post-session, you may still access the content (as per workshop terms).
3. Cancellations by Parom
In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:
- ✅ You will receive a full refund, or
- ✅ You may opt to transfer your registration to a future session or training
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- Please contact paromconsulting@gmail.com with your payment reference, full name, and reason for refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable content, e-books, templates, or digital tools once delivered
- One-on-one coaching or consultation sessions once confirmed
