With over 21 years of experience across corporate accounting and controlling, consulting, and rural capacity building, I bring a unique blend of financial expertise and grassroots understanding.
My journey has spanned boardrooms and village meetings, from crafting financial strategies for businesses to co-creating capacity-building programs with rural entrepreneurs, artisans, and farmers.
I’ve had the privilege of working on large-scale livelihood and market access initiatives across multiple states in collaboration with Big Four Firms and government agencies. These experiences have reinforced my belief that sustainable development begins with dignity, access, and the right knowledge.
Through this platform, I aim to bridge the worlds of finance and smaller enterprises, making business concepts simpler, tools more accessible, and support more human.
I am a Chartered Accountant with a strong academic foundation in business, finance, and human rights. My educational journey spans institutions in India and abroad — including an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management (Gold Medallist in Business Economics and Strategy), advanced studies in business management at McGill University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights. I hold a B.Com from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce and I have recently completed a Phd in Microfinance with hands-on research with Self- Help groups in Madhya pradesh
